Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must include proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products that are perishable or consumable (e.g., food, cosmetics).
• Customized or personalized items.

3. Return Process

2. Share your order details and reason for return.
3. Upon approval, send the product back to our address:

4. After inspection, we will process the refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
